When you decide to book one of the Oahu Home Rentals, this is our procedure:

1. We send you a contract by email (or by fax if you do not have an email address.) We will place short temporary hold on the property for your dates to provide you time to return the documents before we release your hold.
2. Please print out the document, fill it in and fax it back to our office at (707) 823-1169.
3. When we receive the documents, we will process your reservation and finalize your reservation.
4. We will charge 30% of the total cost upon receiving the paperwork. The balance will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival. You do not need to call or follow-up for the payment on the balance, as we automatically charge it to the card provided at the 60-day mark (90 days before a Christmas holiday reservation.)
5. If your arrival date is within the next 60 days, we will charge the entire amount upon receiving the documents.
6. Once your final payment clears, we will email or fax you move in instructions which provide the address of the property, phone number, driving directions from the airport and access information for the home.
7. On the day of your arrival, the property will be ready for you at 3:00 p.m. You let yourself in anytime after 3:00 p.m. following the instructions provided on the move in sheet.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: We can not approve an early check-in or late check-out until the week before your arrival. Approval will depend on whether there is a guest within the Oahu Home Rentals prior to or after your stay. If we can approve of the request the rates are $100 for 2 hours or less above that is a half day rate.

Cancellation Policy: Rentals with Hawaii Beach Homes are non-refundable. We offer travel insurance and strongly encourage you to purchase a policy as it covers the cost of your trip, including airfare, should you need to cancel for a covered reason. We will attempt to re-rent the home for you should you have to cancel but can not guarantee that we will be able to do so especially if you cancel shortly before your arrival date. If we re-rent the home we will credit you for the amounts we receive from the substitute tenant minus the reservation fee. Information on travel insurance can be found under the Concierge Tab on our home page. If you are concerned that you may have a need to cancel, please consider purchasing travel insurance, which is approximately 7% of the rental amount, to protect your investment in a Hawaii Beach Home Rental.
