The lawn spills down to a sugary sandy beach where you can glimpse sea turtles bobbing in the water right off shore. The main house is 4 bedrooms and a loft space which also has a bathroom attached. The sixth bedroom is a beautiful seperate cottage suite located right next to the house. This layout makes this a wonderful home for groups that are traveling together but want some private personal spaces. Conveniently located halfway between historic Haleiwa town and world famous Waimea Bay.
RATES: Regular Base Rate $750/nt. up to 8. Each additional guests $35/nt. up to 10. (The home may have up to 12 guests if using the studio) Summer Rate $850/nt up to 8. Thanksgiving rate $875/nt. up to 8. Holiday rate $1050/nt. up to 8.
Cleaning Fee - $350 for the main house. If the studio is used another $100 will be charged.
Reservation Fee - $100.
