RATES: FALL SPECIAL now until 12/15/08 $450/nt up to 8! Regular Base Rate $600/nt. up to 8. Each additional guests $35/nt. up to 10. (The home may have up to 12 guests if using the studio. The studio it will be an additional $150/nt.) Summer Rate $665/nt up to 8. Thanksgiving rate $750/nt. up to 8. Holiday rate $975/nt. up to 8.
Cleaning Fee - $300 for the main house. Another $150 will be charged if the studio is used.
Reservation Fee - $100.
