Regular Base Rate $650/nt. up to 8. Each additional guest $35/nt. up to 10. (The home may have up to 12 guests if using the studio. The studio will be an additional $150/nt) Summer Rate $665/nt up to 8. Thanksgiving rate (11/21-11/28 $750/nt. up to 8. Holiday rate (12/15-1/5) $750.00/nt. up to 8.
Cleaning Fee - $300 for the main house. Another $150 will be charged if the studio is used.
Reservation Fee - $100.
