RATES: Regular Base Rate $375/nt up to 6 guests. Each additional guest $35/nt. up to 8. Summer Base Rate ( 6/1-8/30) - $ 500/nt up to 6. Thanksgiving Base Rate (11/21-28) - $450/nt. up to 6. Christmas Base Rate (12/15/-1/5) $650/nt. for 6.
Cleaning Fee - $200.
