RATES: Regular Base Rate $375/nt up to 6 guests. Each additional guest $35/nt. up to 8. Summer Base Rate ( 6/1-8/30) - $ 375/nt up to 6. Thanksgiving Base Rate (11/21-28) - $400/nt. up to 6. Christmas Base Rate (12/15/-1/5) $550/nt. for 6.
Cleaning Fee - $200.
Reservation Fee - $100.
