Chef in Paradise
For the full vacation experience, you can hire a chef to come and cook a gourmet meal in your vacation home. Treat yourself to full meals during your entire stay or just for a special night. You can even have your meal served on the beach for the ultimate romantic experience.
Our Executive Chef Jason Paul will consult with you on menus and provides full service from shopping to clean up.
Chef Jason is proficient in numerous styles of cuisine including Italian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Classic French, Japanese, Hawaiian Regional, Pacific Rim, American Regional, Filipino, Cuban, Tahitian, and Caribbean. He is knowledgeable in handling menus with several different courses. He can also create delicious desserts and pastries and is experienced in Garde Manger, sugar works, and various chocolates.
Chef Jason has worked for a number of prestious establishments and his experience is evident in the meals he prepares. Prior to starting an in home service he worked for the following establishments:

PRICING: Price is dependent on the style of service and the number of guests.
Family Style - Meals are prepared and placed on a serving table where you serve yourself family style.
Restaurant Style – Similar to a sit down restaurant experience, the plates are all set with the food and the staff does everything from pouring water and all getting extra servings.
There will be a flat rate per person plus the cost of groceries. Please inquire for further pricing detail.
Chef Jason has his State of Hawaii Health Department Certified Safe Food Handler certificate which is valid through 2008.
