Everything we needed was there, the quality of this house and fittings was excellent.   Our family of 12 so enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful home--especially the most spectacular setting and view. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable; everyone had space to converse, eat, relax and play. The lawn in the yard was perfect for the boys to play a little soccer and catch; and we all loved the jacuzzi. Amanda and Sara were so accessible and helpful, alaying any concerns I had before we arrived.
  The only negative were the rocks in the water in front of the house, prohibiting the kids close-to-shore swimming. We walked a little north to a more sandy spot, which was great.
  All in all we LOVED our stay. Thank you so very much for your great service.

  Took my husband to Hawaii for his 50th birthday celebration. One week on Maui (just the two of us) and one week on Oahu. The rest of the family joined us on Oahu and we stayed at the Beachfront Paradise. Could not have picked a more perfect place! Sometimes your disappointed when the pics and description don't live up to the real thing, but not here. It's everything you see and more. Beautiful beach, visits by sea turtles every day, good snorkeling, lovely town of Haleiwa just down the road. Had a couple small issues that the management folks took care of right away. Actually had our stay narrowed down to three homes, I am so glad we went with Beachfront Paradise! Mahalo!!!

  What an absolutely fabulous place! Beautifully designed and apportioned, and right on such a stunning beach. Access to the beach is down some strategically-placed boulders; it's picturesque and worked well for us, but someone older or more infirm would have some trouble. Our only other suggestion is to get a single master lock rather than having to deal with so many different keys. But these are quibbles. It was outstanding. We loved it.

  What a beautiful place! We were able to bring over both of our families to share our wedding day. The beach was perfect, the house was excellent, and the quiet location along with the seperate cottage was amazing. We had enough privacy and were still able to have our families along to enjoy the time there. We have never seen that many turtles and the snorkling and surfing was great. One day trip to Waikiki was all we needed to remind us how great the north shore truely is. We can not wait for our fifth aniversary so we can bring the whole group back for another wonderful trip.   I found the perfect place in paradise when I booked this house. I was looking for a place what would fit 8 high school girlfriends for ten days , and 13 family members for another ten days. Renting this house cost less than staying at a hotel in Honolulu, and has so many more things to offer.
  
  Peaceful is the best word for this house. The North Shore is amazing, with very freindly people, nice shopping and great food. So many places to see, and too many things to do. I could have stayed forever.
  
  The managers of this property were very helpful, Amanda in the office gave us great recommondations for people and places. This was my second time of dealing with this Vacation rental company, and I will return to Hawaii, and will book again with this rental company.

  SIXTEEN OF US SPENT 8 NIGHTS IN THIS WONDERFUL HOME ON THE NORTH SHORE OF OHAHU. We had privacy on the beach right outside our door, excellent beaches within 3 minutes of the house and easy to reach amenities just down the road.   This property is the best Ive stayed in. Very spacious and well appointed. Perfect location. Simply paradise. I have no complaints, only a few minor suggestions. From a safety point of view, you should warn people about the dish washer. It is so quiet (which is good) that you cant tell its on. When you open it when running, it will shoot very hot water and steam out. Happened to us several times. The door to the garage/loft needs to have a knob on it. The keyed side of the dead bolt is not sufficient to shut the door. Large side of the kitchen sink needs a disposal. We had 7 adults and 7 kids, we ate in almost every meal. This was needed on our stay. Very hard to keep all the dirty dishes on the small side. Absolutely loved this house, will be staying again!

  This rental home distinguished itself in several ways from similarly priced rentals we considered:
  
  - Beach: This house is truly right on the beach...open the door, walk ten paces, and hop into the sand. The beach is beautiful, with a good amount of sand that continues into the water (many North Shore beaches are quite rocky in the water; not very enjoyable to play in, especially for kids). As someone who grew up in Hawaii and returns every year, I am still amazed that fabulous beaches like this remain practically empty. You very nearly have the beach to yourself. The snorkeling is very good near the house with loads of turtles to see, and a 10 minute drive up the road to Shark's Cove/Three Tables is even better. There is a well-known surf break a 2-min. walk down the beach, and even in summer we were able to ride some waves.
  - Landscaping: This is not emphasized in the listing, but the grounds of this house are spectacular, which is quite difficult to maintain so close to the beach. There is a beautiful lawn with chaise lounges for enjoying the beach view and incredible sunsets, and lots of flowers and plants that remind you that you're in Hawaii.
  - Appointments: I suspect that the owners of the house must use it regularly, because a pure beach rental would never have the furnishings, fixtures, and appliances that this house has. It has a very luxurious feel to it, and is immaculately maintained. The AC is a split system, with separate thermostats in many of the bedrooms. There is a new BBQ grill and a large, oceanfront hot tub not mentioned in the listing!
  - Bedrooms: This house really allows a large group to spread out and not feel on top of each other. There are three main floor BRs with queens, an upstairs room with 2 twins, a bonus room over the garage with a king and 2 twins, an oceanfront den with a murphy bed, and a separate cottage with a queen and kitchenette. All but 1 BR has its own bathroom.

  We loved the property, view was great, everything we needed. Our family had a great time there. I would suggest something to hang clothes on in the loft area. We had one problem with the main house air conditioning and I had to call several times to get a repairman out and it still was not fixed until the next afternoon. That was a bit irritating to have to call and remind so much but other than that it was a great vacation and we would go back there. The town of Halewia was charming and supplied everything we needed without going far. We spent most of our time enjoying the beach outside the house.

  I really don't think I could've found a better place for our annual family get-together. I/we particularly enjoyed the separate unit(cottage?) for privacy and quiet (there were 7 20+ y/o's). With only one day (out of ten) of less than perfect weather, the beachfront location was, pardon the cliche, awesome! You couldn't ask for any better.
  If I had any regrets, it would only be that I couldn't buy it for myself (I tried!). Comparatively, it may seem a tast(?) pricey but, totally worth it. No question!
  I, wholeheartedly, recommend this property for anyone looking for a gorgeous home on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Except, of course, during the last couple of weeks in March. That's when I plan on coming back next year!

  Our family was very pleased with the home and the property. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room. We ended up going back to the Honolulu area quite a bit which can be a two hour drive during rush hour. But, it was very peaceful and the view from the living room was beautiful. The sliding glass door to the patio would lock when shut so if someone stepped out and shut the door they would be locked out. We needed to be very, very careful. The lockbox on the front door is handy, but again, one day the string on the set of keys got caught in the locking mechanism and we had a very hard time getting them out. Overall I would recommend the property, but just know that there are things to be careful of.

  Had a fantastic time. The beach access was a little difficult for the old man(me) but the kids and my wife were like bighorn on the rocks. The surf and sand was incomparable. The location close to Haleiwa and Turtle Bay was great for restaurants and amenities. The management staff especially Sarah were amazing in their helpfulness and attention to needs. Only "surprise" was the 5th bedroom over the garage did not have direct access to main house.

  My family had the lovely opportunity to stay at this beach home for 8 glorious nights! The house was everything it stated it was! We enjoyed everything about the home. It was located in a more private location, which was wonderful. The ocean in front of the house was a bit rough....but it was that time of year. Because of the rough current, we had the opportunity to observe lots of surfers. We were also there 7 days after the full moon (when the box jelly fish come to the shore). We couldn't go swimming, but we got to see LOTS of sea turtles eating the jelly fish.
  
  I would recommend this house to anyone who has the opportunity to stay in Hawaii. The home was right down the way from Haliewa (sp?) which is a great little surfing town (and the best shave ice).
  
  The only thing that I wish the house would have had was a little better access to the ocean. You have to travel down some big rocks to get to the ocean. This was a challenge for my kids and elderly parents.
  
  Overall this was an excellent home and we had a great time there! Thanks so much for renting out this beautiful home!!!

  We loved this house! We had 6 people in our group, 2 couples and 2 singles. The house was perfect. Each person had their own space, own bathroom, and there was plenty of space outside and in the common areas for us to all be together. The house has just been remodeled and is beautiful. The beach, views, and proximity to all the North Shore has to offer was fantastic. We'd start the day with coffee and turtle watching on the lanai, and then venture out to Shark's Cove, Waimea, or Haliewa for a few hours, and then relax on our own beach for the afternoon. A rental car is a must, but many attractions are just a few minutes away.
  The location is pretty quiet. Not a lot of night life, restaurants, etc, but we all love to cook, so had our own dinner parties each night! Overall, I highly recommend this house.
  The only cons were that the gas grill was somewhat small (although very functional) and the oven took an unusual amount of time to pre-heat. (about an hour to get to 350). You can always grill in stages, and I trust that maintenance has taken care of the oven problem by now, so really not huge issues at all. One bit of advice, you’ll also want to bring your own bars of soap. We brought the shampoo, etc, but for some reason I’d assumed they’re be bath soap provided. It’s not, so just plan for it :)
  Our group can’t wait to go back.
