  We enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Beach House 1 immensely. It was ideally located ; the house was clean upon arrival and was across the street from a beach where sea turtles came to bask in the sun on a daily basis. Just down the path was a big sandy beach where we enjoyed many days in the sun. The management company was easily reachable and extremely helpful. As an example: the toaster oven wasn’t working when we arrived, but a simple call to the management company and they replaced it immediately. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely rent this house or another from .

  We recently stayed at the unit and were pleasantly surprised by the great location. The very private road that leads to the house takes you to a great beach with turtles that rest right on the shore. The other end of the road takes you right to another beach that has great surfing. We also used the bus, which stops right at the end of the road and is very convenient to use when going to Haleiwa, as you don't have to deal with parking. The unit is very nice, rather huge with the second living/dining room. We found the kitchen to work perfectly for making breakfast and lunch, and drinks for the afternoon. There is also a grill outside. Great unit and a great location!

  The house was very spacious, with two living rooms for us to stretch out across. I was at first a bit anxious about there being only one bathroom to share among 5 people but it didn't turn out to be a big problem. There was a more than adequate supply of towels and linens. The beach is right across the street where three turtles and a monk seal were nesting. It is a short drive into town (Haleiwa) to find restaurants and shops. It's a typical Hawaiian home, and thus ideal for a stay in the North Shore. I liked the fact that checking in was all automatic. We loved the house and felt very safe and comfortable there, it is a big part of our Hawaiian memories.

  We had an excellent experience at the Turtle Beach 1 and Turtle Beach 2 homes for a family of 6 adults and 2 children--lots of room for everyone. Short walks took us to beautiful beaches with sea turtles, big waves, and surfers. The town of Haleiwa was 10 minutes away with good restaurants and shopping. We were in easy driving distances of attractions in Honolulu and other parts of the island.

  This house was spacious, welcoming, and very enjoyable. The huge lanai was an unexpected delight. It had a very large grill for outside cooking. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach every morning to look for turtles. Management responded quickly to a call on Sunday morning. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Drawbacks were that it has a single bathroom for the whole unit. In addition, the kitchen has no stove, only a countertop hotplate with two burners, a toaster oven, and small microwave oven. Preparing meals was not practical.

  We TOTALLY enjoyed the location and the facility. On arrival the kitchen and bathroom weren't really clean, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. The hot plate was temperamental(either wouldn't get hot or stayed too hot), the toaster oven too small to bake in, and the cooking equipment kind of pathetic. A good-sized electric skillet would have been a great addition, as would a good sized skillet with a lid and a larger pot with lid. There was no cutting board! There was only 1 roll of T.P. and 1/2 roll of paper towels. We and the upstairs unit got locked out of our bathrooms because of the type of lock used; this problem was promptly resolved by the maintenance guy. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the unit, however, and would not only stay there again, but heartily recommend it.

  We had a slight problem with a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms, but this is a great house. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 (4 adults & 3 children). Would be happy to stay here again.

  All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful. We needed a last minute place. There was a bit of traffic noise but it died down after the weekend. Beautiful sea turtles came to rest on this beach every day, less than one minute from the house! Everything about the house was clean, lovely and modern. If we were not last minute i might have chosen a place further from the main road, but it was very convenient and easy to get to other sights both north and south.

  We had an amazing stay at this house, everything was clean and well cared for. The only thing that could have made this house any nicer would have been a pool or an outdoor jacuzzi area. Also, improvements in the landscaping would make make it more appealing, but not necessary. We will definitely be back!

  Perfect Location. I turned out to be the greatest, most perfect vacation ever. The location was right across the street from Turtle Beach. We would love to come back to the same location every summer.
