  We (me, my wife and 4 kids) rented this home for the month of August 2011. My wife was very anxious about renting it without seeing it first. As soon as we arrived, she walked around and stated that this place is "AWESOME!". We spent countless hours on
  the beach, walking, lying in the hammock, swimming, snorkeling and watching the turtles that come right up on shore. If you are looking to relax, have a beautiful and almost private beach, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place. Even though
  it is on the North Shore of the island, it is an easy drive to all the tourist attractions. We did have an issue with the air-conditioning but one call to the management company solved that (they were great!). We have only been home a few weeks and we are
  ready to go back...

  This home is perfect for large groups - the layout allows for enough space and activities for all parties. The home has a good small library and board games, jigsaw puzzles, pool games and a putting green. We enjoyed many evenings in the hot tub watching the sunset over and lounging in the hammock and lounge chairs in the garden. A very comfortable home in a great location - a perfect place for a family getaway!

  Having spent 20 years living on oahu, I can say that this location is the best on the island! Very private and secluded. We loved our stay. Kids had a blast playing in the shore break. I surfed almost everyday at the surf spots that are within paddling distance of the house. The snorkeling is awesome and too many turtles to count! We guessed that there were about 20 green sea turtles one afternoon on the little reef to the left of the house. What can you say about Haleiwa? Its only the coolest surf town on the best 8 miles of beach in the world. Sunset, Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay all within minutes. Oh yeah, the house was perfect, but who cares about the house when you got the best backyard of anyone on the planet... :)

  Overall we had a wonderful stay and everyone was very helpful. The house is awesome. One suggestion I would make would be to have a housekeeper come through once or twice a week. Also, I'd have someone check on the hot tub frequently. It never worked properly when we were there. Overall a great experience though.

  The perfect beach home,2 homes in essence, connected, on one lot so the perfect house for staying with family and friends. This high gated and walled home makes it seem although you are in a private compound. . I have been to Hawaii at least 20 times, the beach at this home compares to any beach in Hawaii, but what makes it so spectacular is that in 7 weeks no more than 20 people were on the beach in front of our home. Prior to selecting this home to stay at, I flew to Hawaii for a day and toured over 10 homes. Pictures do not do this home or area justice, the complete ambiance of the air, warmth, beach, etc is a total package that you will need to be here to understand. We made a 9 hole, using the same hole, put put golf course which made for lots of fun and serious ego events. Sunsets on the beach were a nightly event for us all. We were here for 7 weeks and each week we had new friends or family staying with us, perfect for they had their own house complete with full kitchen and game room and we had our privacy in our cottage. Lastly, as with any home there will be problems, such as plumbing electric or whatever, how these problems are handled will make or could possibly put a damper on your entire vacation. I can say that Hawaii Beach Homes handled every single problem that we had within hours and sometimes minutes of our call or email. They helped us with any need, all we had to do was ask…I give them 5 stars and would use them on any future stay without question. The service they provided was as good as any 5 star hotel that I have stayed at anywhere in the world. Need more detailed info for your stay, feel free to email me.

  This was the first of I hope may family husband and I hosted this vacation for our two daughters, their significant others, our grandson, my sister and her husband. This location was perfect for us. We enjoyed having beach access, very nice!!! and we weren't far from town, we were able to experience the famous shave ice, tasty!!! The property was very well kept, and had ample room for our large group. The manager called while we were there to see if she could be of any assistance, which was nice. I would highly recommend this location.

  We got married on the beach in front of this home. We loved this house and its ammenities. The location is our favorite. We are returning to the same location next month but are renting a different house as this one is to expensive :( We rent on this beach every year and will continue to do so but in less expensive homes.
